How to place an order

KAIZEN furniture is created for a specific space, style and usage scenario. You can choose a ready-made model from the catalog or adapt it: change the dimensions, configuration, fabric, color, print and individual structural details.

To make the ordering process clear, we have divided it into sequential stages – from the first contact to receiving the finished furniture.

1. Choose a model or submit your task

Browse the KAIZEN catalog and choose a sofa, armchair, bed, ottoman, banquette or other piece of furniture.

If you have not found a ready-made model on the website that fully meets your wishes – we can create an individual product for your space.

Send to the manager:

  • a photo or link to the desired piece of furniture;
  • interior references;
  • approximate dimensions;
  • desired color;
  • information about the premises;
  • special wishes regarding shape, materials or functionality.

For designers, architects, and corporate clients, it is possible to develop furniture according to the project concept.

2. Agree on dimensions and configuration

The manager will clarify where the furniture will be placed and how it is planned to be used.

At this stage, they agree:

  • overall dimensions;
  • planting height and depth;
  • type of legs or base;
  • the presence of a storage niche (if a bed);
  • number of modules (if a sofa);
  • location of the backrest and armrests (if a sofa);
  • transformation mechanism, if provided (if a sofa);
  • other individual changes.

For large furniture, it is important to check the width of doorways, corridors, stairs and elevators in advance.

3. Choose fabric, color or print

You can choose any fabric for upholstery:

  • velor;
  • basket;
  • chenille;
  • boucle;
  • faux fur;
  • leather or eco-leather;
  • fabric with an original print;

The manager will help you choose the material according to the interior color palette, tactile preferences, intensity of use, and budget.

We recommend viewing a physical fabric sample before final approval. We send fabric samples via Nova Poshta. The color on your smartphone or computer screen may differ from the actual shade due to lighting and display settings.

4. Get a cost estimate

After specifying the model, dimensions, configuration, and upholstery, the manager will prepare a cost estimate for the product.

The cost can be affected by:

  • product dimensions;
  • number of modules;
  • complexity of the form;
  • fabric category;
  • use of the author’s print;
  • type of filling;
  • additional mechanisms;
  • non-standard design solutions;

5. Agree on the order package

Before launching furniture into production, all specifications must be finally agreed upon.:

  • model name;
  • number of products;
  • exact dimensions;
  • configuration;
  • name and article number of the fabric;
  • color or print;
  • material and color of the legs;
  • additional functions;
  • total cost;
  • estimated production time;
  • delivery method;
  • customer contact details.

Please review all specifications before making a down payment. Once materials have been purchased or the product has been put into production, changes may be limited or require additional payment.

6. Make a prepayment

An individual order is put into production after approval of the configuration and receipt of prepayment.

Payment for KAIZEN furniture takes place in two stages:

  • 70% — prepayment after order approval;
  • 30% — final payment before delivery of finished furniture.

Payment methods:

  • on account for an individual;
  • on an account for a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
  • in another way previously agreed with the manager.

After receiving payment, the manager confirms acceptance of the order and informs the approximate time of readiness.

For legal entities and corporate clients, a separate contract, invoice, and other necessary documents can be issued.

7. Furniture manufacturing

After the order is confirmed, production begins.

The main stages include:

  1. frame manufacturing;
  2. cutting and processing of foam rubber;
  3. cutting and sewing upholstery;
  4. product tightening;
  5. installation of legs and fittings;
  6. quality control;
  7. packaging.

The estimated time depends on the complexity of the model, the availability of materials, and the production load.

Current production time:

Up to 6 weeks — production of standard products in plain fabric.

Up to 8 weeks — production of standard products in fabric with an original print.

8–12 weeks — development and production of individual furniture according to your drawing or design project.

The production period is calculated from the moment of receipt of the prepayment and final approval of all materials and characteristics.

8. Inspection of the finished product

After production is completed, the furniture undergoes quality control.

Checked:

  • compliance with agreed dimensions;
  • configuration;
  • fabric and color;
  • quality of seams;
  • the operation of mechanisms;
  • structural stability;
  • no visible damage;

The manager sends the customer photos or videos of the finished product before packaging.

9. Final payment

After confirmation of readiness, the customer pays the remaining cost.

Final payment amount: 30%

The shipment or transfer of furniture is carried out after full payment of the order.

10. Delivery and receipt

KAIZEN organizes furniture delivery and agrees with the customer on a convenient method of receipt.

Delivery methods:

  • New mail — delivery to the cargo compartment or address delivery to the specified address.
  • Reloading — delivery by shared transport to your address WITHOUT unloading and WITHOUT bringing into the premises.
  • Pickup — from KAIZEN production in the city of Berdychiv by prior agreement.
  • Delivery by KAIZEN transport — available for large complex orders by prior arrangement. The possibility of such delivery depends on the city, order volume, and logistics.

Before receiving, check:

  • packaging integrity;
  • no visible damage;
  • compliance of the received product with the order.

If the packaging or furniture was damaged during transportation, record it in photos and videos, draw up a report together with the carrier representative, and immediately notify the KAIZEN manager.

Ordering furniture according to an individual project

KAIZEN works not only with ready-made models. We can adapt furniture to a specific interior or work on a non-standard task.

For a preliminary assessment of an individual order, please send:

  • drawing or sketch;
  • photo references;
  • approximate dimensions;
  • information about materials;
  • the desired number of products;
  • desired implementation date.

Manufacturing capabilities, technical solutions, cost, and deadlines are determined after the task is processed.

What to tell the manager

To get a faster calculation, prepare:

  2. required dimensions;
  3. number of products;
  4. desired color or fabric;
  5. delivery city;
